He should never have let his eye socket get so close to Brown's fist.

Even the NYTimes has to admit that Officer Williams was injured.

As a county grand jury prepared to hear evidence on Wednesday in the shooting death of a black teenager by a white police officer that touched off 10 days of unrest here, witnesses have given investigators sharply conflicting accounts of the killing.

[A] lawyer for Mr. Johnson said that his client was interviewed by the F.B.I. and the St. Louis County police last week for nearly four hours. In that interview, Mr. Johnson admitted that he and Mr. Brown had stolen cigarillos from the store, said the lawyer, Freeman R. Bosley Jr. [...]

Asked if Mr. Brown had punched the officer, Mr. Bosley said that Mr. Johnson “did not observe that.”

However, law enforcement officials say witnesses and forensic analysis have shown that Officer Wilson did sustain an injury during the struggle in the car.

The deceased thug was not judged by the color of his skin or the content of his character in the few seconds of violence which resulted in justifiable homicide of the thug. That very brief violent encounter was immediately an emergency situation where an injured officer responded correctly with use of a firearm, exactly as a parallel to the situation where a person would grab an available fire extinguisher to extinguish a sudden blaze.

It was an absolutely correct immediate response to an emergency situation where the right tool was used for the job of intervening in a life threatening event which required immediate action, and was not a situation amenable to leisurely and thoughtful analysis where there was any luxury of time to think about what exactly would be the best course of action. Instincts are governing in a scenario where a person is confronted suddenly with a life or death situation.

In this situation a police officer was being violently battered with an intensity of assault that by reasonable people is understood is ATTEMPTED MURDER. A skull fracture was sustained by the police officer later hospitalized for his injuries, inflicted by a physically powerful assailant who easily could have killed the officer by a single blow to the head as did result in such injury.

A disparity of threat existed for several reasons, the stature and youth and physical strength of the thug assailant were advantages, and the assailant was not alone but was accompanied by another thug ……so not too much should be made of the mitigating factor that the assailant(s) were not armed. Neither was there any confusion about the legitimate business and identity of a uniformed police officer in a marked vehicle on the street in broad daylight, so the brutal and violent attack upon the police officer which was spontaneous cannot be attributed to any mistaken identity of a police officer by a thug / future astronaut who under different circumstances might have misidentified the officer as being a lurking homosexual rapist or other black boy victim hunter / stalker type of creepy ass cracka due to be receiving cracka smacks. Given the entire event happened in broad daylight removes from any reasonable consideration such potential misunderstandings as might have been factors under different conditions of reduced visibility.

Those charges were posted here somewhere. Not sure how easy it is to get any info on juvenile records.

The Michael Brown he's talking about lived in Troy Mo. However, one of the newscasters said the other night that Brown didn't live in Ferguson, that Ferguson is where his grandmother lives.

Did Michael Brown have a face book page?
Obama isn't the problem. The problem is an electorate that would vote a man like him into office.
