WOODSTOWN A Woodstown High School student was riding her bicycle across East Avenue when she was struck by a U. S. Postal Service vehicle, according to authorities.
Woodstown Police Department first received reports of the accident around 9 a.m. in the area of East and Lincoln avenues for reports of an accident, said Director of Public Safety Cris Simmermon.
According to Simmermon, the 16-year-old Woodstown girl was crossing East Avenue within the crosswalk when she was struck by post office employee traveling westbound on East Avenue.
Simmermon declined to identify the employee or the cyclist at this time.
The employee was operating a postal office vehicle at the time of the accident, Simmermon said.

When they say teen they mean actual teen and not a 6' 5" 300 pound hoodlum.

Woodstown is like 15 minutes from me. It's where my dog's groomer is and where I bought my RV. That said, why is this story relevant?
