Well, as per the article - "he has neither the legal authority nor the public support to do it."
So yes, he'll simply wait, as he's done before. It's all about his precious party.
As for what's best for the country, he couldn't care less.

Actually he does care what's best for the country. He wants us to become a communist nation, and he's well on his way trying to make that happen.

Yeah, I guess what's "best" in his mind.

Holding it over the Dem candidates like the Sword of Damocles is really not that big a favor to their re-election chances in Reddish states, if the GOP and other opponents have any balls at all, they can make even more hay out of something that is as-yet undefined by making it out to be as bad as they want.

That's true, it'd be a good time to give 'em a taste of their own medicine.

A lot of Democrats are not on board with this.
The black community especially.
Does our system need fixed? Yes, it's a mess. But bringing large numbers of unknowns into the country without thorough background checks is insane.
A lot of the 9/11 hijackers were here on expired visas who originally came here legally, but were not followed up on.Obama isn't the problem. The problem is an electorate that would vote a man like him into office.
