Mrs. Patriot made this one, its a smoked sausage and penne pasta casserole, I love casseroles!! :D
2 cups uncooked penne pasta
1 lb (or more) smoked sausage or kielbasa cut into 1/4" slices
1.5 cups of milk
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1.5 cups of cheddar french-fried onions, divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup frozen peas
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat for about 5 minutes; drain. In a large bowl, combine milk and soup. Stir in 1/2 cup onions, 1/2 cup cheese, peas and sausage. Drain pasta; stir into sausage mixture.
Transfer to a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese. Bake uncovered 3 - 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
I'm ready, bring on the debate!

It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.
