    On the TV show, Modern Marvels:Environmental Tech II, it's stated that Milton, Massachusetts is the breeziest city in America. There is an average wind speed of 15.4 mph. For the geographically challenged, Milton is a hop skip and a jump from where the Kennedy's fought the installation of a wind farm. Seems the sight of a glimpse of a wind mill would just ruin the view regardless of whether it would be ideally situated.
