#1 Jesse Jackson - call for civil disobedience
10-23-2008, 01:16 PM
No More Stolen Elections a far left wing site, claims that Jesse Jackson has called for mass protests and civil disobedience if Obama doesn’t win.
The right wing site – Council of Conservative Citizens has picked up the story HERE and is reporting that the wingnuts at democraticunderground.com are stepping in line with this. That story is here .
I've been looking for an official story in the MSM or from jackson himself.
I can't find it.
However, you all might see this as interesting. If leftists didn't have double standards, they'd have no standards at all.

I agree with the Reverend Jackson’s civil disobedience proclamation. If Obama loses - we should all beat the living shit out of Jesse. :p
At Coretta Scott King's funeral in early 2006, Ethel Kennedy, the widow of Robert Kennedy, leaned over to him and whispered, "The torch is being passed to you." "A chill went up my spine," Obama told an aide. (Newsweek)

There is nothing inherently wrong with civil disobedience, depending on how its used.
