This is probably one of my only non fattening recipes, Hear that Megi!!! But we did gobble this down with Huli-Huli chicken Here.
1 lb. green beans, trimmed
1 cup halved grape tomatos
4 garlic cloves, slivered
2 Tbsp evoo
Salt and Red pepper flakes to taste
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch beans in boiling water for 4 - 5 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. When cool, drain and set aside.
Saute tomatos and garlic in oil in a large saute pan over med-high heat for 1 - 2 minutes ( remove from heat if garlic starts to burn)
Add beans, salt and red pepper falkes and heat through.
Pretty colors!
Went well with the hawiian chicken!

If you ever post a recipe about lima beans, I'm going to stop reading your threads. :D
Good to see you're smoking again.
