A poll observer in Philadelphia called police after witnessing what appeared to be voter intimidation by two members of the Black Panthers.
The two Black Panthers stood in the doorway of the polling location where the observer attempted to enter. One Panther was brandishing a nightstick, Fox News reported.
The observer reported that one of the Panthers members said to him, “black people are going to win no matter what,” and stood shoulder to shoulder so that the observer had to push his way through.
“Anyone . . . in front of a polling place with a nightstick, that is intimidating for all voters,” the observer stated. While a local university student filmed on a camera phone, one Panther member, when asked by Fox’s reporter why he was standing in front of the polling location, said, “We’re security,” though polling personnel did not acknowledge such security.
Police were dispatched to the scene and the nightstick-toting Panther member was ushered away.

I thought it was only the evil Republicans who intimidated voters. Who knows how many people were afraid to vote. This gets me sick. I don't mind losing (well, I do, but not as much) if it's clean and fair.

I agree with SaintLouieWoman (and by the way I am an "evil" Republican). I do not mind losing because I know (most) McCain-supporters would not stoop to such dishonesty. However, I do not pretend to look forward with bright hope to the next four years of socialism, racism, and national weakness.

The only good thing I can see about the result of this election is the republicans we DO have representing us have something extremely concrete to oppose...maybe public sentiment will swing back in favor of conservatism in 2012???

I heard in one state, there was rioting in the streets and the rioters said that if Obama didn't win, there would be bloodshed. Now let me think about this for a minute....I have heard similar things happening in other countries where they actually line ppl up and kill them for going against the government. This sounds an awful like communism to me. They are trying thier hardest to keep us from having a right to vote the way we are FREE to do so.
My Daddy is right also in saying this is it for Republicans as there will now be open boarders and the flood gates will pour fourth illegals. Then the dems will no longer have to worry about stealing elections cause there will be enough illegals & minorities (ok white ppl are the minority these days) to keep them in office.I believe in America, I don't believe in abortion or pro choice. I believe everyone has a right to come to America LEGALLY, not ILLEGALLY. I believe in my right to bear arms. I believe the borders need to be closed to immigrants coming over here illegally. I believe in freedom of speech. I believe in the CONTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES & THE CONSTITUTION OF TEXAS "yall".
