Sounds good. Is it easy to make? Do you have the recipe?

Here's a very easy way to make a pie that everyone loves. A friend gave it to me who doesn't cook much. She said it's her go-to recipe.

    Here goes:

Make (or buy) a crumb pie crust. I usually just put graham crackers (chocolate or regular) in a plastic bag and take one of those metal meat hammers/tenderizers and bang them into a bunch of crumbs. Then I melt some butter (anywhere from a few tablespoons to maybe 1/2-2/3 stick of butter) in a microwavable bowl, dump the crumbs into the liquid butter and pat into a pie plate.

If I have time, I'll put the pie dish in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes, then let cool.

Here comes the easy part. Mix one small cup of yogurt with the standard size container of Cool Whip and put into the pie crust. Sometimes I'll mix some berries or chocolate chips into the mixture. Refrigerate for a while and it's really yummy.

    Diet Lemonade Cheesecake

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix
1/4 cup cold fat free milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed
1 ready-to-use reduced fat graham cracker crumb crust (9 inch)

Beat cream cheese and drink mix in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping, spoon into crust.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with fruit, if desired.

Note: I use a full packet of the Crystal Light to give the cheesecake a tangier flavor. Experiment with it to find what suits your own taste. Other Crystal Light flavors can be used as well.

Do you think that jello could be used instead of the Crystal Light? (I'm talking about the Jello powder, not what's been already made with water).

It might sound silly, but a doctor said to put Crystal Light in the prep for a colonoscopy. I haven't been able to get anywhere near it since.
