He had a state-issued bc posted on his website. It looks like the kind you get when you send for them, now, not like the one his mother would have gotten back then. It looks like the one I got recently from Indiana. This is a non-issue.
So a court clerk in Hawaii mixed up the term race with place of orgin-I'm sure it isn't the first time. No way would someone purposely creating a fraudulent document make a mistake like that. This is not going to keep him out of office and the people filing the suits are going to end up discredited when it's over.

As for the Clintons finding it, Berg was a Clinton supporter. His lawsuit began during the primaries. Hillary may not have wanted to use this, however, as she realized that winning the nomination through a legal sleight of hand would have permanently alienated black voters and cost her the general election. It would have been a Pyhrric victory for her.
I'm pretty sure that this will not pan out, for the simple reason that the DNC would have been out of their minds to allow a candidate into the process with this hanging over his head. As arrogant as Democrats are, I can't imagine that they'd open themselves up to having their victory invalidated, especially since the suit was brought by one of their own. If Obama were to be disqualified, the schism in the Democratic Party between blacks and feminists would be a permanent rift. It might actually drive black voters back into the Republican camp for the foreseeable future.
It would be the worst possible outcome for them, and that's not even taking into account that Obama's replacement is Joe Biden.--Odysseus

Before you can do things for people, you must be the kind of man who can get things done. But to get things done, you must love the doing, not the people!
