I think personally he's not addressing it because he thinks it's a baseless attack that's out of order. I don't agree, I think that he could just as easy show his BC and put all this to bed, but really I think it's an image and pride thing. If the Right is able to pressure him into giving up the goods on his BC, will that be seen as a sign of weakness to the Left? I think it's all about image and that's why he wont do it.

That being said, come Jan. 21st he's my new Commander in Chief and as such I gotta respect him. I'm willing to give him a fair chance, he has 100% approval rating from me right now and points will be deducted every time he messes up, which for the good of the country I love I pray he doesn't mess up much. One thing I will not allow Libs to do in 4 years when he's (hopefully) beaten by a strong Conservative/Libertarian is say that I never gave their Messiah a fair chance.

It would be easy for Obama to put the issue to rest once & for all and in doing so making his detractors look mighty foolish to boot. His refusing to do so is only adding credence to the claims against him.

As long as the MSM is playing hands off on the story, it doesn't lend itself to credibility...at least in the eyes of those that believe the MSM is a purveyor of truth.
Obama probably won't concede to demands unless it becomes a mainstream issue. I won't hold my breath.

Cheney-targeting DA is no-show: Willacy County prosecutor Juan Angel Guerra stumped a presiding judge and attorneys for clients as high up as Vice President Dick Cheney when he failed to show up to court on his own grand jury’s indictments. The no-show infuriated attorneys who’d spent the day milling about with what they’d hoped would be slam-dunk motions to quash the cases. And it put Presiding Judge Manuel Bañales in a position he said he’d never been in before. “At the very least I expected the district attorney to be here,” Bañales said, asking Guerra’s office manager, “Do you know where he is?” The manager, Hilda Ramirez, was subpoenaed by defense attorney J.A. “Tony” Canales when buzz circulated in the courthouse that Guerra was nowhere to be found. Canales summoned Ramirez to act as representative for Guerra in hopes the motions could go forward. She told the judge she had been trying to reach Guerra all day. Hey Senior Speedy, I'm with you on this one. I just don't want people to be sent down the cattle chute without knowing what's at the end of it, or who sent them down it in the first place.

You have much more faith in them than I do. I happen to believe that Democrats/liberals are the absolutely stupidest people on the planet! Look at the man they elected while successfully portraying the Republican V.P. candidate as the one who woefully lacked experience!

Democrats succeed because of their double standards. In their eyes, everything George Bush did was wrong and no matter what Obummer does, they will find no fault in him. We saw it with Clinton and we'll see the whole thing replay with Obummer. Sandy Burgler gets a slap on his wrist for getting caught red-handed stealing national documents, while they attempt to slap 30 years of prison onto Scooter Libby.

Democrats are the primary cause for our current economic crisis, but they successfully pin the blame on the Bush administration because it was "on their watch".

You got that right! Look at the political game Nancy Pelousy played yesterday when Congress cancelled the vote on the Auto Industry Bailout; her and Harry Reid said it was the Administration's job and not theirs. Now she comes out saying, "If the Big 3 want a bailout they need to present a plan to Congress first". You wanna know what their exact plan of action from here is gonna be? When Congress comes back in session, the Big Three will have drawn up a plan (which Pelousy and company are going to TELL them to write up) and Congress will approve the giveaway cash. Then, in 6 months to a year when they go bankrupt anyway (which they will), Nancy Pelousy and her idiots will be able to wash their hands of the whole mess.

It's textbook political games and it's frustrating that we're allowing this to happen. Well, at least there are 58,989,852 people left in the country who aren't drones. :)
