Insurance isn't cheap for these toys. I can give you an idea of where it's at if you are over 60. I have a Mustang GT Premium, Phase II. It's loaded, but it is a 2011 model. I am insured through Allstate, I'm 62, and I have an impecabile driving record. I pay a tad over 600 bucks every 6 months or a tad over $1200/yr. Compare that to my 1974 TR6 (British iron), insured through Haggerty, it's an Antique and a Classic, it is only $148/yr., but it isn't a daily driver and has to stay inside a lock garage when not being driven.
