    Did it do any damage in your immediate area? I heard on the news that the sirens didn't go off as it was too fast-moving of a storm. Hope that you didn't get any damage.

    I was sitting in a high floor motel room in Tulsa the night that F5 went thru Midwest City in '99 and wiped the ground clean a mile wide. I wasn't sure we weren't going to be next. My aunt and cousin lived about a block and a half from the edge of the ground gouge.

    I was four when a storm turned my grandparents house about 3 feet off plumb with the three of us asleep inside. No one woke up.

    It apparently went from 0 to 135 in about 30 seconds and hit the ground. Sirens just can't respond that fast.
