The organization known as Judicial Watch has been keeping the public informed about the various shady dealings that take place in the government and have been doing a public service in doing so. Their CEO and founder, Tom Fitton, has gone to extreme lengths to uncover the truths hidden behind closed doors in Washington D.C. and the time during the Trump administration has been no exception.

Judicial Watch has filed dozens, if not hundreds, of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests in order to force the government to release their records about various instances and circumstances involving the government or employees. Now Judicial Watch has sued the Department of Justice for failing to comply with an FOIA request that demanded access to former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony and other documents relating to his Senate Hearing.

The matter is extremely important for many reasons because this scandalous cases is linked to all of the other corruption that takes place within the swamp in D.C. Fitton makes it a personal note to mention that the fact that they have had to go this far as to actually sue the Department of Justice for failing to comply with an FOIA request speaks volumes because the Department of Justice is trying to withhold something from the public.

Could it possibly be worse under a Hillary Clinton Department of Justice? They must be sued to comply with FOIA requests. They drag their feet and stonewall Congress. The DOJ under Jeff Sessions is out of control. I have grown to despise this man.
