“Mr. Attorney General, it’s time to do your job,” wrote Republican Reps. Jim Jordan of Ohio and Matt Gaetz of Florida in a new op-ed published by Fox News on Monday. The two have presented an ultimatum to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, telling him to either name a special counsel to investigate FBI Director James Comey’s handling of last year’s election or resign.

They have many unanswered questions regarding the Clinton email investigation and new information which has surfaced in the past year.

“Why in 2016 did FBI Director James Comey call the Clinton Investigation a ‘matter,’ not an investigation? After all, Mr. Comey wasn’t Director of the Federal Bureau of Matters,” they point out.

“Why in 2016 did FBI Director Comey begin drafting an exoneration letter for Secretary Clinton, whom he called ‘grossly negligent’ in an early draft of the letter, before completing the investigation, before interviewing several witnesses, and before interviewing Secretary Clinton?” they ask. “Why in 2016 did James Comey and the Justice Department give Cheryl Mills, Secretary Clinton’s chief of staff, an immunity agreement for turning over her laptop computer?

Ryan would never allow it but I honestly think impeachment hearings should be convened for the Attorney General.

The Committee-hearings went badly for the Dems... and badly for Jordan, surprisingly. He exhibited no tact.

Jordan did something other members of the Freedom Caucus never had done. Act self-righteous. And I'm a huge Jordan fan, from his home-State. Sessions was not going to comment on Uranium One. He's not going to give the clintoncrats an idea of where to defend, how to defend, and what to defend.

The rest of the Repubs acted aware of that fact and were civil. They hammered Uranium One, Fusion GPS, and Mueller by crafting questions that Sessions could answer. Jordan seemed more pissed-off about Sessions not answering a letter, than he was about Sessions' shenanigans. Weird.

Biggest news-flashes: Rosenstein & Mueller are in trouble for 'sealing a document'... Sessions is investigating 27 leaks... obama/holder only had 9 leak-investigations in 8-years... Comey's in trouble for paying Steele.
