    We've all seen the news; lay-offs in practically every sector of the economy. But this latest victim has me fearing that we are all on the edge of an once in a century financial precipice.

    Yes, you are right. This is sure to add another year to the recovery
    I dream of the day a chicken can cross the road without it's motives being questioned.

    Seriously. I was very :eek: when I heard that even the sports entertainment are laying people off from their industry.

    My "once in a century financial precipice" was sarcastic, but I agree with you. I don't recall the sports/entertainment industries being impacted that greatly in past recessions. This story actually worries me more than the much larger layoffs at traditional companies.
