Hey, guys...DU banned me, but for no apparent reason

I never made any ban-able posts. I always kept my cool and never allowed myself to get involved in emotion rancour that would cause me to say anything I would regret.

Because they could not ban me following their own rules, they banned me secretly. I found out today when I tried to log in. Is it just me, or is the banning of independent thought the beginning of something more?

I will also take the opportunity to thank you all for having an open forum with plenty of disagreement. :)

Heh heh, and the DUmmys say we're the ones trying to shut the opposition up. I say let them speak and show themselves to be the fools they truly are...on a daily basis at the D.U.M.B.

This guy, who apparently has some issues which I can't talk about, accused me of wanting to scream the N-word because I asked why the C-word was ok on DU but the N-word was not. I had him on ignore because he was such a blatant woman-hater.

Why is it if you have good arguments and maintain your composure, you're male? I am female, a lifelong Democrat, and now am posting in a place where I don't get ganged up on every time I have a differing opinion.
