Despite ICE Hold, California County Sheriff Released Mexican Child Rapist

An illegal immigrant wanted on child abuse charges in Ventura County was released from custody in January despite an ICE hold, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions noted Wednesday while announcing a lawsuit against California for its sanctuary state policies.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department confirmed Wednesday that it was searching for 34-year-old Jose Vaca of Moorpark for charges of sexually abusing a 13-year-old.

In June 2016, prosecutors issued an arrest warrant for Vaca on charges of continual sexual abuse of a minor. Investigators learned that he had likely fled to Mexico. He was on the loose for 18 months.

However, on Jan. 1, 2018, Vaca was found in Ventura County and arrested on a $100,000 warrant, the sheriff’s department reports.

He was booked into jail, but released on bail the following day, Jan. 2, despite the fact U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement had previously issued an immigration hold for Vaca.

According to the sheriff’s department, deputies did not notify ICE that Baca was in custody because of SB 54 – the sanctuary state bill – which had taken effect the same day of his arrest, Jan. 1.
He was ordered to show up in court on January 18, 2018. Believe it or not he never appeared and is now on the run.

The other day the 9th circuit court of appeals ruled that a lawsuit by 21 children and young adults against Trump for his stance on glowbull warming can go forward on the grounds that Trump is "not doing enough to protect their constitutional right to a stable climate." http://dailycaller.com/2018/03/07/gl...ircuit-oregon/

When is there going to be a class action suit against the politicians who are not protecting our constitutional to a stable environment when they side with and protect criminal illegal aliens?
The price of freedom is something the protected will never know.

"Even if Trump didn't pay Russian hookers to pee on one another to defile a bed the Obamas once slept on it sounds like something he would do and that's all that matters." DemocratSinceBirth, Wed Jan 11, 2017, 09:32 AM
