Not to mention that he is a handsome guy, too. Richard Nixon may have been President in 1960 if he had been better looking.

    Because that's what matters most.

I find it hard to see Saccone winning it. Even though there is about 600 votes diff. The amount of absentee votes are not that great.

But as much as the left will crow over this. Keep in mind. Lamb only serves 8 months before the next election. So pretty much as soon as who ever wins, they must immediately begin campaigning again to keep the seat.

Wow, get this. It's still not official that Lamb won the 18th district, and with the looming Nov. elections coming, in which he must run again and win. Lamb has announced he will not run for the 18th District, but instead run for the 17th district instead.

    Via Roll Call:
Democrat Conor Lamb is running in the 17th District against GOP Rep. Keith Rothfus, after winning an upset victory in the 18th District. The news was first reported by the Beaver County Times and confirmed by a local Democratic official.

The move was expected since Rothfus’ seat became more favorable to Democrats in the recent Pennsylvania redistricting. The state Supreme Court imposed a new congressional map, which is still being challenged in federal court. Under the new lines, President Donald Trump would have won Rothfus’ seat by two points.

I don't think noonwitch meant it that way. Good looks do help in getting elected. Of course, if you're an incumbent, you can be as ugly as Bernie Sanders or Barney Frank and still get re-elected. Proving yourself a good corporate whore gets you re-elected.
