It's just like the Klintons never left.
Out with a scandal, in with a scandal. It's the Dimocrat way.
it will be interesting. Obama got special treatment by the media for many years culminating in their unspoken endorsement of his pesidential run.
But, despite the fact that the media is leftist and he is one of theirs, they ARE piranha who will turn on their own in a heartbeat if it advances them personally.
Obama has an advantage over any president in recent memory with press relations but isn't totally teflon if they find the smoking gun connecting him to a scandal.
2009 might be an eye opener for Obama and the Democrats.
Clinton had the advantage that he was very, very smooth. When scandals broke he did not take the Obama approach and hid. He would come before the cameras almost immedeately and promptly lie his ass off. The guy had incredible charm and he knew that if he got in front of the press and gave his side, people would believe him. He was that good.
Clinton stroked the press. Knew how to massage them. Throw them a bone. The press will tire of Obama avoiding them. Barack is blowing it here. If he comes before the press and gives them anything. Tell them that the Weekly World News Alien was the one who teleported into his office and called Blago, the press would believe it because the WANT to. If they have to dig it up themselves...
I find it really stupid that people will say that "they refuse to talk about something". In saying that, they are basically admitting that they did something wrong. If he didn't do anything he would have just gone to work. Lmao.
