    If they try to reboot it with a Female lead, recasting the main character, then it will end like the latest Ghostbusters movie. In the $3 DVD bin at Walmart a month after it's release.

    If they are smart and serious in doing something similar, say it's his grandmother who they never introduced in the films and that is where he got his adventurer bug from.

    I don't mind an occasional tough girl movie but that is becoming the rule not the exception. Real life isn't even close to how Hollywood portrays gender rolls .

    40 years ago, SNL would have made a sketch from that idea, and would have had Garrett Morris and John Belushi in drag. Now, they and NBC would face boycotts from aggrieved GLBT people over it.
