I'm going to go with Nebraska in 1995.
The average game score for them was 53-14.
The three closest games they played were beating Washington State by 14, #8 Kansas State by 24, and at #7 Colorado by 23. They won at #10 Kansas by 38 and beat #2 Florida by 38 for the National Championship.
They may not have been loaded with future NFL starts but they were absolute beasts.

That's a ridiculous amount of talent Butch Davis put together. Who knows how many they would have won had he not gone to Cleveland.
