I might not have agreed with him about many issues, but I appreciated the way he presented his side of issues. I also think that the thank-you letter he wrote to his staff, supporters and friends when he announced he was terminally ill a couple of weeks ago was a very classy thing to do.

    RIP.

The guy lived life to the end and never looked back because of his bad luck. He also had a lot of class after being told he had such a short time left. I always enjoyed listening to his take on the nations affairs.

He was a class act, as well as brilliant. Besides he was a great baseball fan. He will be so missed. There aren't many like him, one of the truly great.
