Are they going to ban Google Images, Youtube, all the news compilation services, MySpace, Facebook, and a myriad of other websites that provide copyrighted material free of charge?

I sometimes wonder if that is the point. The law is passed, they struggle to enforce it, so need new powers, allegedly to enforce it. But these new powers also have secondary effects, letting them snoop in other ways.
