Was the Challenger explosion a clever ploy by the US government to prove the dangers of space travel to the Soviets?

Did the space shuttle Columbia really explode from a suicide bomber, instead of faulty insulation?

As far as government conspiracies go.... faking a spacewalk or even a moon landing is pretty benign... and not worth the energy you guys pour into it.

    Who the hell cares?
If people realize that the Apollo moon missions were faked, they'll wake up the the fact that the government lies to the people on a regular basis.

Maybe they'll be more objective about the idea that 9/11 was an inside job and maybe wake up.

Why aren't you answering my questions? Did the Soviets lie about Gagarin? Did the US government cover up foreign acts of war against our space vehicles?
