DU idiots strike again. They have been so critical of President Trump claiming he didn't help Puerto Rico after the hurricane - of course, because brown skin, you know. The problem was with the liberal mindset .... that the federal government is there to take care of them and THEY had no responsibility to do anything.....despite what the federal government rules and regulations are regarding federal disaster aide.

Between hate, idiocy and no reading comprehension, well you know....

Donations sent to Puerto Rico were found rotting in parking lot

Donated food sent to Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria were left to rot in a parking lot of a government facility, CBS News correspondent David Begnaud reported Friday. Additionally, about 10 containers filled with non-perishable supplies sat at the government facility for 11 months.

Video of supplies covered in rodent droppings was first posted by a Puerto Rican radio station. The trailers with the containers were locked Friday when CBS News arrived.

The National Guard said in a statement the donations that were highlighted were not distributed because they were expired. Stored items that were not expired would be distributed in the coming days, the National Guard said.

NicolŠs Gautier, an official at the facility, told CBS News one of of the containers had "food for dogs, and apparently several of the boxes were broken. After the placement in the van, that brings a lot of rats and it infected everything."

2. This should stick to the moron like Katrina did with Bush,

but it won't. So far nothing negative sticks. He is more Teflon than Reagun ever was. In fact he is worse than Bush and Reagun combined...even if you added Nixon to the batch he is still worse than all three.

Why? He's not responsible for distributing it. By all accounts the inept Puerto Rico government did nothing and those who drove trucks refused to do drive the supplies.

3. Heckuva job!

Republican government at its best.

Since when has the Puerto Rico government been Republican?

Finally someone says it.....and then that shuts down the entire thread. It's ok to criticize if it is President Trump, but not if it is the Puerto Rico government, including the woman who grandstanded, criticizing President Trump while standing next to donated goods that they evidently weren't bothering to distribute.
