I just finished up the spinach dip from Christmas dinner. I'm drinking Diet Coke.
I don't have an I-Pod but i downloaded the I-Pod software to my computer (it's free) and I use it a lot for podcasts and listening to the radio stations on my computer.
Miz Bubba has an Ipod and it is all pretty straight forward. Download the software. Plug in your I-Pod to the computer via a USB cord which should have been provided with the I-Pod. Follow the pop-up menus.
You do have some music on your computer....don't you?
But first, TURN ON DA EAGLES!!!:p
They're leading 10 to 3.
I played with the Ipod a bit on Christmas Eve (as I was avoiding the last detailed cleaning of my house!). While I followed the popups, they seemed to "cut out" several times during the process. Now I am importing some of my cd's to the playlist and to the ipod. I'm certain that I'm doing it wrong, and possibly duplicating efforts. But it is working slowly but surely.
I asked for the 8 gb version, but I got the 16 one. Who can possibly need all those songs on there? But it is fun.
Yes it is fun. Thing is, if you do it 'wrong' just undo it and go from there. That's what's neat about these gadgets.
16 gigs? Jeez. I think there may be some video or graphic uses for I-Pods but I've never tried it. That would use a lot of memory.
I have my 8 gig mp3 player Loaded. I don't think one more song would fit.
Also, I love podcasts and there are also lectures available on a lot of subjects. Most of them are free on I-Tunes. The more you use it, the more you will see it will do for you.
In our Honda Element, we can use a cord to run the mp3 or I-Pod directly into the radio of the car. Nice.
Eagles Just Scored!!! (He said, trying to shame you into watching you own city's team.:D )
