    I can only imagine if it wuz me hangin' there upside down with Little Elvis wang doodlin' in the cold wind. I'd definitely want to have a word with that lift attendant who didn't put down the seat. I'd tell him to stick it where the sun don't shine....under ordinary circumstances....:o

    what do you want to bet that he sues not only the resort and the attendant - but the lift manufacturer as well as the manufacturer of his skis and bindings.

    Yeah, he probably will. Me, I'm not the lawsuit kind of guy unless something more than my dignity got injured.
