It needs to be a looser pay system. Or at least they need to make some kind of fine for lawyers to bring frivolous law suits.

I feel your pain, I do. But consider this Question/Answer.

Question: What is the difference between a million lawyers and a million sperm?

Answer: One of the million sperm has a chance of being a human being.

If we didn't have lawyers around, what group would we use to replace them?

A heating and air conditioning company, which charges $80 to send a high school dropout to my house, put his hand up to the vent, and tell me that the heat is broken and it will cost 10 grand to fix, is complaining about the costs of the legal profession?

    Cry me a river buddy.

Yup, I did. But the guy has a good defense, his insurance already paid out.

While we don't have a loser pays system, there are instances where a person can get legal fees against frivolous lawsuits. This seems to be a good example of such a case.
