It needs to be a looser pay system. Or at least they need to make some kind of fine for lawyers to bring frivolous law suits. :mad:

Yup, I did. But the guy has a good defense, his insurance already paid out.

While we don't have a loser pays system, there are instances where a person can get legal fees against frivolous lawsuits. This seems to be a good example of such a case.
