    Here at:

    https://www.merriam-webster.com/word...f-the-day-quiz

    Is 14 questions long.

    And YIKES! ...

Did I ever fail this one! *blush*

And here I was always under the impression that I possessed a good vocabulary.

    Give it a try!

    You’ve got 11/14 correct!

I enjoyed that, bring on another.

6/14. They are pulling out some serious old English words there. Actually read things like The Federalist Papers and Poor Richard's Almanac and I'll bet you come across many of those.
Romans 6:18 You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.

    Yow!!! Good going Retread!

*I* thought it was a beast!!! And actually meant to put it in the LOUNGE ...

    Not in the Humor section.

Will perhaps do it again one of these days in the future. Most of their quizzes are not like that at all, thank goodness!

As an aside, I missed one as I was only given a few seconds to make a choice and the answer popped and then moved on before I finished reading the options.
