Beef between 2 people led to SC bar shooting that left 2 dead, 9 hurt, sheriff says

Two people were killed and nine others were injured Saturday in a predawn shooting at a South Carolina nightclub.

Investigators say they believe the shooting is the culmination of a weeks-long dispute between at least two people who were at the Ole Skool Sports Bar & Grill in Lancaster, but that the act of violence is not believed to be targeted specifically at the club or at the whole crowd that was gathered there.

"The investigation indicates that one of the deceased was targeted," said Doug Barfield, a lawyer and spokesman for the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office. "The rest of the people appear to have been in the wrong place at the wrong time."

The Lancaster County Coroner's Office identified the dead as 29-year-old Henry Lee Colvin of Rock Hill and 28-year-old Aaron Harris of Kershaw. The Sheriff's Office has not disclosed which of those men was believed to be targeted.
