This could have natural applications.I worked with a company owner who's partner had a gastric bypass and an external colostomy bag .Every once in a while, while at meetings his bag would vent and stink out the conference room .Something like this would help the poor guys worry and fear of mortification at important meetings.
Though wearing one of these at meetings would look pretty awkward.
