Sadly no, unless we'd use our small walk-in closet (which can't do) or combine the master bedroom with the bedroom next to it, but it would be ungodly expensive to do that major overhaul. Most of the cost of the thing is in tearing everything apart and putting in a new sub-floor to replace the rotting wood. We have the original terrazo shower pan that's apparently been leaking.

The best thing is that they're going to install an exhaust fan. The previous owners apparently never opened the window to let it vent. I had to clean all the rust off the door hinges. The mirror was all messed up around the edges, so the dad of a friend made a frame around the mirror to hide the bad spots. I'll be glad to have it fixed but second guessing myself on choices of materials.

Missouri has that disclosure form--they just didn't disclose.

You mean that they just didn't fill out the form or they filled it out but omitted details?

I think you may have hit on the precise problem. Computers were SUPPOSED to reduce paperwork, but in truth the computer seems to have generated far more than it ever eliminated!
As long as there is bureaucracy there will be a growing need for an ever increasing volume of the hard copies.
